You will perform due diligence, interpret complex legal and financial documents, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues. Your role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial analysis, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment.Job responsibilities:
Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines
Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
Review Loan documents and process transactions as per Service Level Agreement
Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
Interpret data, analyze results using bank's operating systems
Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
Minimum 3 years of work experience, in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
Candidate should be open to work in shifts
Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stake-holders across levels building a strong client relationship
Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
Good understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documents
Advanced Excel & MS Access
Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues and time management
