Credit and Collection Specialist - Interbilling
Assist in printing and sorting of attachment for Invoice preparation
Checking of documents of Interbilling for encoding to QuickBooks
Printing and for receiving of interbilling to treasury for transfer (payment)
Maintain monitoring for Interbill transferred and for schedule
Assist in follow up collection for Service
Credit and Collection Specialist - Collection
Meeting with Service regarding all transactions and documents for billing purposes
Follow up Collection via phone or email
Input all Prepared invoices from QuickBooks to Service Invoice Register Summary for monitoring
Issued OR or CR if we received deposit slip form Client via bank confirmation
Process Payment Request Terms of Client - Service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Bank or equivalent
At least 1 year financial preparation and reporting experience
With experience in specialized in Finance / Taxation
Residing in Quezon City or NEARBY Quezon City
