Primarily resposible for:
Providing technical support in the administration of the Performance Management System (PMS) in the assigned business units of the company
Monitoring compliance of assigned units/companies with the company's Meeting Management Guidelines
Providing technical assistance to units/companies in reportorial compliance, data analysis, strategy formulation, among others; conducts coaching session, as needed
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Economics;
Must have at least 2 years of experience in PMS Administration;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Computer Literate, proficient in Excel and Data Analytics
