JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible in providing legal services to the company
Serves as the company's official representative on corporate advisory and compliance
Draft or review contracts, policies, memorandum, and other legal documents;
Ensure that the company is compliant to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations imposed by different government agencies;
Represent the company in any legal proceedings, if needed;
Provide legal advice or opinions on all fields of law such as, corporation law, general commercial law, taxation law and labor law;
Support and assist in the legal requirements of other divisions of the company; and
Perform other duties that may be required by the company from time to time
