Description
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor/College Degree in Business, Sales, or any related course
• Proven experience in sales or relevant role
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Must know how to propose appropriate products to the client and its market
• Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews
• Experience in wholesale or retail industry and dealing with these products such as kitchenware, tableware, houseware, and hardware would be an advantage
Job Descriptions:
• Send catalogs and actual samples of new items
• Handle after sales services and prospecting and opening new accounts
• Submit orders by referring to the price list and product code
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Attend to customer's needs and concern with regards to the products that we sell
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Assist and sustain existing accounts, obtain an order, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
