This position takes an end-to-end view across all the Talent Acquisition solutions and deliver one single integrated solution to the business. This position works horizontally with Area, regional and country Talent Acquisition leaders to understand the business requirements and ensure the right solutions are implemented which meets regional needs for Talent Acquisition. It requires building relationship with these stakeholders, understanding, identifying, and capturing needs and ensuring these are understood and addressed by Talent Acquisition technologies. The role will also work closely with other TA2 support functions to ensure a joined up approach to priorities Essential Functions of the Job: . Work closely with Talent Experience team to identify solutions in the Talent Acquisition domain in line with business expectations and Talent strategy . Work with Functional Enablement teams to integrate the Talent Acquisition technologies solutions seamlessly into an integrated solution and deliver it as one single solution in a coordinated manner to the business . Work closely with the Area & SL advisory talent teams to ensure consistency, sharing ideas and providing a common Enablement service and to define implementation plan for global TA2 strategy, aligned to region/local business needs and priorities . Adhere to the right functional consultation and governance process when managing change requests . Liaise with Communications and Knowledge Management team in Talent Service Management & Operations to ensure the aligned communications associated with the roll out of solutions . Review the functional change requests owned by Talent functions and determine change priorities/projects for Talent Acquisition . Monitor external best practices and internal feedback to identify and propose opportunities for enhancement to the Talent Acquisition technologies, enablement practices, models and processes. . Understand overall Talent Acquisition operating model performance and identify issues/opportunities to drive continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition (i.e. to reduce costs/duplication, increase use of shared services) . Where necessary, assess operational issues, propose solutions, and develop business cases to obtain investment and change resources Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: . Provide expertise and knowledge in how Talent Acquisition enablement operates. Understand the landscape in-tandem with Talent and organization strategy, people and operational matters and make decisions to drive and optimize functional delivery standards. . To understand Talent Acquisition strategy, needs and translate into talent solution by working horizontally across regions and Talent operations . To work in reducing the duplication across the Talent Acquisition ecosystem of processes, frameworks, toolkits and technology by ensuring relevant and broadly applicable solutions are designed, developed and deployed wherever possible . For allocated processes make decisions to define, delivery and continuously improve the process. . Share market insights and review findings with key stakeholders/networks influencing change as required. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: . Good knowledge of the Talent operating model, operating model and organization design and ways of working across the Talent eco-system with specific experience within Talent Acquisition . Broad knowledge of different Talent Function strategies, trends, leading practices, services and solutions . Demonstrable ability to work effectively with virtual teams and networks across diverse and dispersed geographies . Strong consulting skills that drive business impact able to strategically interpret, challenge and shape requirements, driving complex, conceptual problem-solving and, where prioritized, lead co-creation of the most relevant & pragmatic approach . Strong teaming skills leading partnering effectively across talent ecosystem and wider EY firm . Strong communication skills with strong awareness of cultural nuances when applying a global mindset to working effectively with others . Strong ability to set vision and priorities, driving execution within budget and effective time frames . Significant ability to cope with ambiguity to drive change and performance outcomes in a complex and agile environment Supervision Responsibilities: . Independently maintain and leverage (when appropriate) an internal network, including effective partnerships with senior stakeholders, across EY practices/departments that will enable personal effectiveness in the position . Ensure robust networks exist where necessary to communicate changes to strategy or solutions, share best practices and capture needs across the firm. Other Requirements: . Due to global nature of the role travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required . Due to global nature of the role English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication will be required Job Requirements: Education: . Educated to degree level . Higher professional or masters qualification is preferred, not required Experience: . Experience in a closely related role and working at organizations similar to EY to optimise Talent Acquisition operations and ways of working . Experience of successfully delivering the execution of Talent Acquisition strategic priorities on a global level ideally with experience across both emerging and developed markets . Experience of working in a rapidly changing ambiguous organizations, providing credible trusted advice to address challenges, diagnose root causes of performance gaps and decide on options for moving forward . Experience of conducting internal and external research and analysis, providing best practices and insights to drive improvements . Extensive experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results . Demonstrable experience of having worked to lead or provide SMR advice to achieve successful change outcomes Certification Requirements: . Higher professional or master's qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required .
