Summary:
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.
Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
Provides product and service information to customers and identifies up-selling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs.
Responsibilities are within the Customer Support/Operations.
Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work.
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
Has working knowledge and skills.
Performs routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision.
Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.
Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
Work is clearly defined and completed according to instruction.
Impacts own team through the accuracy and quality of work.
Uses communication skills to exchange information
Support Automation/CI initiatives for the team
Perform other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably. Associate Graduates and undergraduates are accepted, however with relevant experience
Must have good communication skills
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Strong client relation background/skill
Service skills (providing accurate and efficient resolution)
Research and Analytics
Data Management
Ability to manage time and project
Flexibility and adaptability (cross functional movements)
Integrity (Data privacy and security, Compliance and regulations, Quality and output)
Innovation (CI mindset, process documentation, quality and output)
Positive attitude
Must be willing to work on US shift schedule
Must be in current role for 1 year
Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
