Job Description
The Compliance Support Expert supports the corporate compliance team as first level support by monitoring compliance related communication. Additional she/he supports the 3rd party due diligence by accessing and downloading information form relevant databases, review of supporting documentation and monitoring due dates. The Compliance Support Expert works closely with the Corporate Compliance team and the Local Compliance Officers to ensure the relevant transactions are performed in a compliant matter.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring and management of compliance related communication as first level support
Triage of incoming compliance emails
First level support, replying basic queries with standardized responses provided by the team
Categorization of incoming emails to second level support
Performing 3rd party compliance check support and quality control for compliance tasks
Assessment of customer/vendor onboarding subtasks to validate need for enhanced due diligence
Manage follow up of compliance cases with local compliance officer
Monitoring and review of Compliance risk reports
Follow up on due dates and missing documentation
Work on compliance databases to provide input and provide 3rd party due diligence
Completeness check for provided Compliance documentation and preparation of questionnaires
Support of compliance reporting
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and quality of results
Ability to complete tasks on time while coordinating multiple inputs
High level of tactical ability to deliver results
Receive direction and work independently but collaboratively
Ability to analyze data and formulate strategic and tactical action plans to get results
Ability to lead, coordinate, navigate, and work through complex issues with strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate and present issues and solutions
Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to liaise with external parties to obtain and collect information e.g. relevant benchmark data
Knowledge of compliance related databases e.g. Dow Jones
Experience in compliance areas such as 3rd party due diligence/monitoring beneficial
