Reviewing consolidated data for accuracy
Entering target information in to a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Highlighting inconsistencies between the form data and the CRM data
Interfacing with clients regarding missing requirements
Resolving data deficiencies within the CRM
Maintaining a log of complete and incomplete tasks
Completing a daily report for the project lead.
Attending a weekly update meeting with the project lead.

Job Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in opening new accounts in a commercial bank or financial institutions, preferably with international experience
Experienced in handling KYC / AML compliance requirements
Fluent in English
Mandarin speaking is good to have
Knowledge of basic computer applications
