Timekeeping
Maintain a thorough knowledge of time off benefits, payroll policies, premiums and Employment Contract stipulations regarding pay
Reconcile all time entries exceptions such as missed punches, late punches, early punches, etc.
Ensure complete mandatory numbers per employee in the timekeeping sheet
Process daily worksheets for agencies and other third-party service providers
Payroll
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
Enroll and process new employees to bank payroll system for payroll account generation
Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and mandatory numbers) which serve as internal databases in the Business Intelligence system (BI) of Flash Express
Calculate and encode bonuses, incentives, commissions, and allowances in the payroll system
Mandatory and Benefits
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the Flash Express systems to provide employees with accurate eligibility information
Translation
Responsible for translating Chinese and Filipino languages.
Fluency in Mandarin(Chinese) and English;
Payroll work experience is a plus;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Associate / Supervisor Accounting and Finance Logistics / Procurement 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
