The Manager - Compensation and Benefits is responsible for ensuring fair and accurate administration of employee compensation and benefits, providing actionable information and insights through HR data and analytics to drive a rewarding employee experience, and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits
Work closely with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders to understand C&B related challenges and provide solutions.
Support the countries in the development of compensation and benefit programs
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and corporate objectives.
Support the processing and implementation of the Annual Rewards Cycle (base pay and annual incentive).
Support on defining compensation management guidelines, pay scale and structure
Provides advice to management on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
Participates in or conducts salary and benefits surveys among the target market companies to determine the competitiveness of the Company's Compensation and Benefits.
Expat Management with the help of country HR
Supervise payroll and benefits administration for Philippines and Singapore entities
Talent Analytics
Collect and analyze data and statistics to identify trends, improve processes, operational performance and insights
Ensure reporting solutions, insights, analytical tools and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users
Prepare reports of data results, present and explain findings to senior leadership.
Build partnerships and work closely with internal technology teams and vendors to deliver and review HR tools and system solutions
