WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
Responsible for developing, recommending, and analyzing the Market Salaries and Fringe and Factory Labor Costs. In charge of analyzing and submitting budgetary accounting and financial reports such as accruals and headcount.Preparation of headcount, salaries, and fringes budget reports and cost models templates for presentation to management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Budget Management
Prepares budget reports and monitoring expenditure.
Annual Plan/Latest Estimate (LE)/OutLook (OL) * Propose and submit to salaries and fringes/labor benefit costs for the annual budget and monitor the variances of actual expenditure on salaries and fringes versus the approved budget/plan. Respond to requests for trends, actual accrual compensation, and benefits expenditure.
Monthly Reports
Responsible for submitting monthly Compensation and Benefits reports such as headcount and accruals.
IA/STA/Local plus
In charge of IA / STA expenses and reporting including coordination with host/home entity for a service agreement and recharges requirements
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related business degree
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in employee compensation and benefits particularly in budget management in a multinational company.
Able to speak and write English well.
Must be a competent computer user of MS Office (Words, PowerPoint and particularly Excel)
