An exciting Compensation and Benefits Manager job opportunity has become available at a multinational financial services company that is expanding their operations here in the Philippines. In this exciting role, you will be in charge of designing total rewards programme for the company that would promote positive employee experience.
About the Compensation and Benefits Manager Role:
In this role, you will be working with a very dynamic, close-knit team. You will be tasked with developing total rewards strategies that contribute to employee engagement and provide a positive employee experience, and the efficient, accurate, and timely administration or rewards programmes, operations, and systems. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement compensation and benefits plans and policies to deliver market competitive programmes that meet company needs
Oversee the annual People Review process covering decisions on employee performance, promotion, talent and succession, and total rewards
Perform as the point of escalation to resolve complex issues relating to reward programmes where precedents may not exist
Negotiate with and manages external vendors to ensure the delivery of contract terms and service level agreements, and ensures compliance with internal vendor requirements
Develop and lead the implementation of local and regional reward projects, including automation projects relating to compensation and benefits processes
Ensure all compliance matters are identified and are reported to the Line Manager and/or Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated within the work unit and company
To succeed in this Compensation and Benefits Manager role, you must have a very proactive and creative attitude. You must also be able to live the company's culture, and best practices. Good time-management, coordination with business units, and being able to consult with senior management will also help you be successful in this role.
Key Requirements:
Strong background in market data analysis, compensation and benefits programme design and development, and total rewards
Experience in the following industries is essential: shared services, financial technology, and/or start up
Accounting/finance work experience is a plus
Experience with the Workday system is a plus
Readiness to work as an individual contributor
Readiness to work in the Taguig area
