Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
Must be a registered nurse.
Must have one (1) year experience as Company Nurse in an office set-up (industrial).
Must have OSH Training.
Must be amenable to work in Makati City
Job Description:
A. Health and Medical
Provides first aid, and assists employees to the nearest hospital if needed;
Responsible on the routine check-up of blood pressure, and temperature;
Verifies of all submitted medical certificates;
Responsible for healthcare coverage enrollment of eligible employees;
Responsible for planning and execution of the Annual Physical Examination (APE);
Creates, and updates the monthly health and wellness-related news/clips;
Facilitates monthly meeting with the Safety Officer of the Company;
Responsible for the creation, and submission of annual medical reports to DOLE;
Responsible for facilitating/conducting wellness seminars for the employees;
File/Data Management
Maintains an inventory of medicine
Tracks and monitors employees who sought medical attention
B. Administrative
Accommodates all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible;
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required;
Accommodates, assists and/or directs incoming visitors / guests;
Arranges and sorts all incoming and outgoing mails, shipments and ensure delivery to the recipient in a timely manner;
Maintains log book for incoming and outgoing mails and deliveries;
Prepares and issues internal central supplies and forms to all employees;
Monitors inventory count and records of all GHL internal central supplies i.e. Office supplies, collaterals and forms;
Monitors the use of office supplies and equipment;
Maintains an admin filing system and other correspondence;
Coordinates with the Admin Manager the repair and maintenance of office equipment;
Assists the Admin Manager to follow up the suppliers i.e. request for quotation and delivery of the ordered items;
Assists the Admin Manager in processing of purchase requisitions of all departments;
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
