Job Summary: Provides high level of administrative support to the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Make the deposit of cash and check payments of clients
Send Purchase Order of clients/dealer to cebu main office (Ms. Lanie)
Make follow up of Delivery Receipts being prepared by cebu main office
Make a summary of the status of the clients/dealers PO against schedule of delivery and make as reference in indicating details in the deposit slip
Prepare liquidation/report of office purchases
Mail out documents going to cebu main office
Help in making a summary of the office monthly expenses
Verify Odometer reading of all company service vehicles being prepared by the driver before and after use
Makes canvass of all new items to be purchased for office use and maintain an updated record of current credible suppliers
Helps maintain cleanliness in the office
Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and ensure adequate level of necessary supplies at all times
Act as customer service - answering the phone and address all inquiries
Make a daily cash count of the petty cash
To do any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Education: Business related course or any (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Experience: Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and handle office tasks efficiently.
