COMPANY NURSE
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a Nurse.
Experience in Industrial Setting is a plus.
Registered Nurse (PRC).
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certificate is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in filing medical records and proficient in using MS applications.
Flexible, organized and has good work attitude.
Can work in Monday - Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
Monitor all documents of employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
Monitor the filing of documents regarding on health concerns of the Medical Certificate of Back/ Fit to Work issued from the company doctor or other doctors.
Communicate with HR Department on a regular basis.
Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
Attend seminar workshops on related on Health and Safety Management.
Monitor all medical records to comply the necessary documents for the government reports.
Coordinate all departments to implement health protocols, increase awareness regarding proper hygiene and educate employees for the specific health working conditions.
