About the role:
You will be co-leading the network optimization strategy by supporting the Network Senior Manager to gather operative improvement requirements from the different functional teams within the company, you will be responsible for documenting existing processes and proposing new ways of working to achieve operative efficiencies across our global network and provide training to the commercial team in our receive markets.
 
All process improvements need to be validated with the Country Managers and Regional Heads, to make sure they fit our existing and future partners' capabilities and also satisfy our internal operational requirements. Process documentation should grant that knowledge stays within the company despite people going on holiday, maternity leave, internal organizational changes, and turnover.
 
What you will own:
Reporting to the Central Network Senior Manager, you will:
 
For new partners and in alignment with the Partner Onboarding Manager:
Coordinate all new projects implementation across the global network in line with operational requirements from functional areas like Treasury, Finops, Cust Services, Tech, Security, Finance, Product, PDD, Payment Ops
Coordinate the internal approvals between Zepz and the partner's funding and reconciliations team to agree on financial processes e.g. funding method and frequency, commission structure, reporting requirements, etc.
Coordinate with the FinOps team to ensure that new partner details are set up in the General Ledger, Reconart, and Netsuite
Raise tickets to the Business Intelligence team for automated reports to be created.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure that correct details are reflected in the Control Money setup.
Coordinate with the Funding team to ensure that correct details are reflected in their system.
Participate in the monthly nursery meetings to assess new partner performance in the reconciliation area.
 
For existing partners:
Understand, propose, and implement changes to existing processes to deliver the needs of the different areas and our partners
Coordinate between the FinOps team and the correspondent on the best way to deal with escalated reconciliation issues and discrepancies from the Financial Operations/ Operations team.
Establish detailed process documentation for performing reconciliation and maintain documents to ensure they are updated.
Ensure to receive the partner's reports in the frequency and structure expected.
What you bring to the table:
Graduate from any of the relevant degrees such as a Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Management, Business/Management, Technology, or any type of master's degree is considered a plus
Proficient in Microsoft or Google applications such as Excel/ Sheets, Word, etc.
Account Management experience
Transfer of knowledge experience and people skills
With strong communication skills (oral and written)
Bonus points if you:
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, or English and French both written and verbal.
