Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical understanding to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
· Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
· Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals.
· Foster collaboration among team members and promote a positive team environment.
· Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and provide guidance and support to team members.
· Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
· Regularly communicate project updates, progress, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
· Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.
· Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Ensure timely resolution of project blockers and challenges.
· Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
· Track and report on project financials, ensuring alignment with project goals.
· Manage third-party vendors and contractors as necessary.
· Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
· Perform regular project reviews to assess progress and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, status reports, and lessons learned.
· Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
 
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
 
English Communications Skills should be Average to Exceptional
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus
PMP or other relevant project management certification.
3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Very detail oriented, able to maintain documentation.
Very comfortable with communicating with multiple people involved with any given project.
