PROJECT MANAGER
 
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Engineering-related course.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Design civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and infrastructure. 
Planning: Developing a project plan that outlines the project's scope, timelines, and required resources
Scheduling: Setting and adjusting project schedules to meet deadlines
Resource allocation: Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget
Risk management: Analyzing and managing project risks to ensure the project can be completed successfully
Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, and resolving issues
eam management: Building and developing the project team, and providing direction and motivation
Documentation: Maintaining project documentation and handling compliance or regulatory issues.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers. 
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties. 
Monitor and analyze project performance and take corrective actions as needed. 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering for construction projects. 
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. 
Ability to identify and resolve civil engineering issues efficiently and effectively. 
Strong decision-making skills. 
Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance. 
Ability to ensure all civil engineering projects meet safety standards.
