The successful candidate will be completing critical Core tasks which were previously done by the local city Ops teams in the countries we support hence the need for somebody who is results oriented, collaborative as he needs to work closely with partners and local City Ops teams, with good analytical skills and attention to detail.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills in identifying trends and insights. Working knowledge of Google sheets is a must
Pro-actively take initiatives/suggest improvements and work closely with the TLs in executing projects
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
Passion for data analysis and the ability to drive defect reduction, process improvement, and tool enhancements a plus
About the Team
Marketplace team's primary responsibility is to adjust restaurants' delivery radii using a tool called Terra to ensure market health and restore market equilibrium from over demand or over supply. This is to ensure healthy supply and demand. The work of the team is split between 2 main functions/tasks - Live Monitoring and Adhoc/core tasks for the different regions we support namely APAC, EMEA and US&C.
