The Account Security Risk (ASR) team investigates potential fraudulent activities from users of the platform. The team is crucial in retaining good users' confidence and trust in the system by providing fast and accurate actions in performing risk protocols to address bad actors.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
Review unrecognized charges, rider/driver account takeovers and other fraud-related incidents reported in the Uber platform.
Resolve customer contacts to unblock user accounts and payments, identify users adversely impacted by Mastermind rules, detect and report early trends in financial fraud schemes against Uber.
Proactively consolidate and provide insights to the business to help in preventing future fraud risks.
Take ownership of escalated and other ad hoc cases across our different lines of business.

Work experience in high energy, high pressure, productive environment
Excellence in both written and spoken English with the ability to clearly and optimally communicate ideas to varied audiences.
