We work with clients both big and small, providing us with new and exciting projects every day. In addition to PowerPoint, we offer a wide array of print services.
What the heck is a Client Support Team Manager?
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, build and manage an customer service team working night shift
Maintain, expand and re-engage with the current database of prospects to generate qualified leads for SG Interactive's Sales Team
Exhibit the organizational skills to efficiently manage an individual pipeline of prospects
Coordinate meeting dates with U.S team and appropriate decision makers of targeted organization
Must follow up with prospects in a timely manner
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute successful marketing campaigns
Use online resources to map out organizations and determine potential initial points of contact
Expand and maintain current sales libraries and marketing tools
Other tasks as assigned
Duties:
Hold regular 1 on 1 meeting with all team members (once a week)
Hold regular team meeting (once a week)
Hold regular meeting with the U.S Sales Team Manager
Send daily report to the U.S Sales Team and Upper Management
Update all data sheets every month
Make monthly monitoring data sheet for the CS team
Ensure that holidays & sickness are managed, tracked and considered in planning

What sort of qualifications do I need?
A 4-year degree in business or related subject is preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of BPO, Customer Service or Prospecting experience
Excellent Verbal & Written English skills with no accent
Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Experience in a customer-facing or cold calling role
Ability to work effectively without consistent, direct supervision
Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability for interpersonal communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CRM experience is highly preferred
A team player
Capable of developing strong personal relationships with key decision-makers
Possess a drive to both set and constantly chase team goals
Show an ability to conduct research using various online resources
Must show an advanced problem-solving skills relating to diligently reaching out to prospective clients
Basic Microsoft Office Skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Willing to work on shifting schedule
