Description
PhotoAiD company, among many other photography related projects, develops a mobile application which works as a photo sizer or a photo cropper for all kinds of official documents. The app allows users to take a selfie that in just 3 seconds would be transformed to a professional online passport photo, ID photo or any other document photo meeting all the requirements (e.g. background, size or colours). The document photo cropping tool is also available on the website. (passport-photo.online/ )
Since the number of clients grows exponentially, Photo AiD looks for a new support team member.
Your responsibilities:
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
• Monitor the correctness of the photos taken with our photo tools
• Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
What we're looking for:
• Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
• Proven oral & written English communication skills
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills
• Paying attention to details
