Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable.
Inform issue status to client and manage their expectations
Creates a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling clients with a consummately professional attitude
Perform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets
Monitors live systems by the company and perform any necessary preventive maintenance work
Develop working knowledge on live systems
Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updates
Evaluate requirements of end users if change request or within scope of maintenance contracts in collaboration with project management team
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners
Must be a graduate of any 4-year business or IT course, fresh grads are welcome
