RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Onboarding: Lead and oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and needs, and as their trusted advisor.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, and collaborate to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
Service Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our services to effectively educate clients and address their questions and concerns.
Success Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of client success strategies.
Technology Set-Up: Collaborate with the Director of Business Innovation and Automation to ensure the implementation of necessary technical requirements, such as automations and CRM integrations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client status, achievements, and challenges to internal stakeholders.
Sales Improvement: Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead-to-sale efforts by providing valuable insights and feedback, especially during periods with limited client or account management activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, and/or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
In-depth understanding of sales and marketing metrics.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve success.
Assertive yet diplomatic demeanor.
Confident
Results-driven and detail-oriented
WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary range: P30,000 - P50,000
Work-from-home setup/Remote
Fixed Saturdays and Sundays off (except in cases of business exigency)
