DC MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
The DC Manager is responsible to oversee and coordinate the storage, distribution, and management of products and supplies within the warehouse facility. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement efficient operational processes to support the company's objectives.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and materials.
Implement inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory integrity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as necessary to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Maintain proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, including temperature-controlled environments for sensitive items.
Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse staff and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize operational costs.
Utilize inventory management systems and software to track and manage inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
Streamline receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer demands and timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings initiatives within the warehouse operations.
Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse efficiency.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on warehouse operations, including any issues or concerns that may impact business operations.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any business-related courses.
Preferably with retail experience.
Has 5 years of experience in warehouse management with a strong understanding of inventory, compliance and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
With leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable with JDA, SAP.
