Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the restaurant and event space.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the Kitchen team to create appealing event packages and promotional offerings.
Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients for events and dining services.
Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our venue.
Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after events to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of sales or business development experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
