QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Business-related or Psychology-related course is preferred
-Background in human resources, customer relationship, and/or psychology field/s will be an advantage
-At least 1-2 years of work experience in account management role
-Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
-Analytical and attentive to details with strong organizational skills
-Creative and resourceful
-Pleasing interpersonal style and a team player
-Can work under minimal supervision
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design platforms, and other Microsoft tools
FUNCTIONS:
-Analyze utilization data, user feedback and counseling issue trends, and develop appropriate recommendations.
-Prepare regular client reports and presentation decks.
-Liaise with client company HR and management to enhance working relationships, attend to their needs and promote the EAP services.
-Coordinate with internal resources to address and resolve any basic operational issues.
-Assist in promotional and business development activities.
-Perform research and administrative tasks, as may be assigned.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
