Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day Operations for the ACH Operations Team. The role involves supporting various input/ verification/Monitoring/reporting/payment processing functions as part of ACH Operations.

Can effectively communicate the process flow, descriptions, and issues at hand and can do process presentation
Can work in WHEM shift or US working hours and flexible to support/adjust work schedule depending on business needs
Ability to quickly adapt and learn new products and technologies
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Ability to multitask
Experience working in virtual teams effectively
Responsibilities:
Processing of ACH transactions on payment platforms
Understand complex product and database rules / structures to effect changes impacting delivery of ACH products and services.
Ensures that Requests for processing are properly authenticated and authorized by appropriate parties in compliance with risk and control guidelines.
Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority.
Escalate any exceptions, unwarranted activities, spike in volume, etc. immediately to management.
Ensure that all relevant deadlines and stipulated controls are met.
Provide MIS reports with accuracy and completeness of data.
Assist in the training/education of other members in job functions/procedures relating to the unit.
Comply with the Standard Operation Procedures, abide by the Code of Conduct and ensure strict adherence to the Company's policies.
Process any required back-up tasks relating to production, identifying ways to improve current work practices.
To work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks to be undertaken.
To participate in the rotation of functions within the group ensuring no degradation to workflows.
