This is to ensure that appropriate controls and stakeholder management take place as the issue progresses through resolution. Participate or lead process improvement initiatives aimed to reduce manual process or for improvement of client experience Partner effectively with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are in place and followed Assist your manager for any BAU-related metrics reporting Qualifications: 4-5years of finance operations experience Able to prioritize and respond to changing work patterns. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities while possessing a mindset of accuracy and attention to detail. Embraces corporate change and possesses a flexible approach to work. Experience in Billing Operations would be considered a plus. Ability to understand end-to-end process and associated details Must be fluent in English language: Verbal, written, and conversational
