RingCentral is growing rapidly and seeking a Candidate Success Representative to work closely with our Global Recruiting Team to engage top talent pipelines to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in successful candidate engagement with the goal of providing an exceptional candidate experience for every RingCentral applicant.
Responsibilities:
Act as initial touchpoint for all applicants, globally, looking for a professional career in RingCentral
Introduce RingCentral Glip as a platform to all candidates and ensure that all applicants download and receive communication on the status of their applications via Glip.
Connect with recruiters regarding the status of applications and provide updates to applicants regarding the same.
Create, maintain, and send out reports to his or her supervisor or manager relative to the numbers of applicants connected with
Pass training, and meet the required scorecard as set by the Management.
Requirements:
Experience with Account Management and Customer Support is preferred
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn is a plus
Can work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work during US Hours / on graveyard shift
Open to fresh graduates
