Summary:
 
The Campaign Support Associate supports the day shift accounts daily operations.
 
Success in this role means you will need to be flexible and motivated to further develop your career as you will be learning different processes and be involved with different teams. This will also give you the opportunity to gather more experience in daily and overall operational support tasks.
 
Responsibilities:
Assisting on immediate agent tasks when necessary
Participating in metric and process reviews
Consulting with Team leads on team performance
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Back office experience - Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Outbound/inbound experience - Lead mining and/or generation (voice and non-voice)
Exposure to training and process activities(SME, POC, QA related tasks exposure)
Sales background is an advantage, but not required
Must be willing to work full time
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
Must be willing to work on-site
