VO2 Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to oversee podcast booking processes and ensure seamless coordination between clients, podcast hosts, and producers.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for podcasts.
 
Responsibilities:
Booking Operations: Manage and streamline the podcast booking process across digital tools and platforms.
Podcast Coordination: Connect clients with podcast interviews, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.
Client Relations: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
Custom Lists: Create curated lists of podcasts and guest experts for client approval.
Interview Preparation: Schedule interview recordings and prepare both guests and hosts for interviews.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with podcast hosts, producers, and clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Knowledge Development: Stay informed about podcasting trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in campaign management, booking coordination, or client relations.
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
 Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
Enthusiasm for podcasts and their potential for storytelling and marketing.
