Your Role: This position manages the sales of a strategic product portfolio in the Philippines in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans. The Business Unit Specialist will comprehend and utilize product features, benefits and applications accompanied with selling and business building skills to successfully promote the sale of Biology products and services to achieve or exceed the assigned sales target. The Biology Business Unit Specialist will also be the primary driver of business development at assigned dealers and customers to penetrate and grow current and new business. The person will be recognised as a technical and business development leader that drives strategic objectives and adoption of new products. Your key responsibilities will include: 1) Selling and promoting products under the Biology portfolio, 2) Managing existing dealers and directly managed accounts and 3) Developing pipeline for future business. Who you are: Abachelor's degree in science Any laboratory experience is an advantage Previous scientific sales experience preferred With strong customer service mindset Very strong interpersonal skills coupled with strong organizational abilities Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy Presentation skills that can be utilized internally and in the marketplace Strategic selling and market development ability Professional presentation Self-management Demonstrated ability to be effective in a globally matrixed organisation Able to work independently with limited day-to-day management supervision Frequent Travel is required Must possess a valid driver's license / able to drive What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
