DSV is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be in charge of implementing robotics solutions in our service center locations across the globe working close with our IT colleagues and business partners as well as implementing projects within the ISSC organization
Partner with the service delivery managers to identify, analyze and document various business processes that have the potential to be automated using VBA and web-based tools
The SR Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering documentation that is detailed enough that the automation code can be generated from this
The documentation must also ensure that the automation output will meet the quality standards set forth by the business partners
The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the other staff of the Automation Center based in Manila to ensure that the business units and service centers are getting exceptional support
Initiate process improvement efforts by providing input on what tools could bring
Play part of the improvement projects
Develop VBA, PHP / SQL tools to increase the productivity of the teams
Ensure business case is in place for all developments
Ensure replication of tools
A proven track record of successfully implemented RPA projects
Excellent understanding of current Robotic Process Automation (RPA) products and technology & upcoming trends in the RPA technology landscape
Expertise in VBA, .NET, and SQL languages
Experience with scoping exercises and documenting developments
Lean six sigma background and experience
Drive for results, conveys a sense of urgency, and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and opposition
Good communication & interpersonal skills and should be able to build a good working relationship.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and experience, including virtual relationship management.
Has the capacity to handle change stays open to different ideas, and support positive changes.
Educational background / Work experience
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
