Qualifications and Skills Required for the Position
· Sound technical skills
· Ability to manage time and multi-task in order to oversee more than one implementation project deadline at a time
· Adaptability and good communication skills
· Comfortable problem solving and troubleshooting
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
· Presents a professional image daily
· Experience working with computer software necessary
· Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Google necessary
· At least 1 year experience in system implementation and business support (account management, data gathering, customer relations, etc.)
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Configure client publisher platforms which may include
Admin page setup
Rostering students
Data entry required for platform setup
Username and Password setup for school rosters
Maintain client publisher platforms up-to-date throughout the school year as needed
Problem solve day-to-day issues related to platform setup and maintenance
Occasionally test client digital bookshelf for maintenance purposes
Work in partnership with an account manager to deliver excellent integration and implementation services
Assist with booklist curation
Meet strict deadlines
Validate students access to the Platform and books available in their account and report issues before the students start accessing their accounts
Manually redeem access codes per student and ensures the books can be accessed from the Platform
Check through all the book titles that the company offers and categorize them into subjects, divisions, category and subcategories for easier cataloging.
Manage book files in the Platform and FTP Servers
Track and Validate booklist base on the requirements of the school:
Validate if the book is existing in our Platform
Validate if the book is already listed in the master list
Check for the digital format online
Check for the eISBN
