Collaborating with business leads, users and stakeholders to identify BI requirements that will help them improve their way of doing business, strengthen business decisions and actions * Designing and implementing BI solutions and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses, to address business requirements from the business.
Collaborating with business leads and IT teams to execute all development stages from concept and requirements to final hand-off to business unit end-users.
Ensuring high quality and highly available BI reports (regular and ad hoc) through support functions and self-service capabilities to business.
Constantly looking for opportunities to use insights from analyses of datasets across the organization.

Strong knowledge with BI concepts and tools including data architecture, ETL tools and reporting platforms.
Familiar with the phases of BI development lifecycle including gathering business requirements, designing and modeling schemas, development of visualizations, deployment, and support.
Strong knowledge and solid experience in BI reporting platforms such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MS Power BI, QlikSense, Crystal Reports, etc. Experience building and maintaining reports in Tableau is preferred
Skills in SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, MS Excel, and VBA
Knowledge of the principles of statistics and experience performing statistical analysis in a business environment
Familiar with data governance and back-end data modelling concepts, practices, and documentation
Strong visual design skills used in creating data presentation, reports and dashboards
Skills in automating dashboards and establishing connections to data stores or warehouses
Familiar with BI best practices, especially in performance tuning
Strong domain knowledge in providing actionable recommendations and insights to different business units, such as Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Management, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering field.
3 to 5 Years experienced in the field of Performance Measurements, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
Experience in delivering BI solutions which involves gathering business requirements, designing and modeling schemas, development of visualizations, deployment, and support.
Experience in the use of BI reporting platforms such as. Tableau, SAP Business Objects, QlikSense, Crystal Reports, MS Power BI, etc.
Experience in querying and pulling data from SQL, SAS, and/or AWS Data Stores
Experience in implementing solutions to automate collection, consolidation and generation of large amount of data
Experience working with projects involving large amount of data to analyze trends and variances, conduct correlation, and perform other statistical techniques to draw insights.
Experience in documenting business metrics and requirements, data lineages and flows, and user guides
Ability to communicate effectively and work with stakeholders and end-users at all levels.
Can work independently or as part of team.
Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies
Must be action- oriented with excellent follow through

Improves data reporting process by automating collection and generation, improving visualization and providing self-service capabilities to make relevant data available to business users when needed.
Establishes and maintains regular reports, dashboards and KPI's and constantly coordinates with business to update targets and service levels when needed.
Responds to ad-hoc report and data requests by extracting, transforming, analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methodologies and visualization tools for management analysis.
Collaborates and maintains clear communication with business to understand their data requirements and ensure that the requirements will be provided.
Constantly look for insights from the analysis of data that will help the business draw conclusions for decision making.
