This includes being the brand custodian, and ensuring the production of brand-aligned materials for different channels of communication. In this role, you will: Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education Strong knowledge of graphic design Desired Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of bachelor's degree in Arts/Design 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic designing and/or a combination of the following: publishing, communications, or digital marketing Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop applications for creating visual/graphic design for digital and print media Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel for data visualization Highly adept at working on MS Powerpoint, MS Word and other applications necessary to create high impact presentations and communication material Experience in working across multilingual audiences and deep interest in communications and how they work Good communications skills Experience with online accessibility standards and how to maintain ADA compliance Experience with content management systems such as SharePoint and/or JIRA Job Expectations: Work in Managed Services Desktop Publishing team Primary responsibility will be to work on presentations and other communication materials to align them to Wells Fargo brand standards Agility and speed of execution will be critical to success Need to have strong ability to understand user requirements and translate them to output in the day to day job Work within a team of professionals who use graphic design and presentation skills to cater to user requests Participate in basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements and technology enhancements Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Proficiently uses Adobe Creative Suite applications including, but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop knowledge of print and digital/interactive production Skillfully uses Microsoft Office suite such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel for data visualization Drives brand/design/process improvements for all media channels, campaigns and initiatives Develops designs appropriate for different channels of communication, from on-screen presentations to large scale print production.
