Job Description

The Business Development Specialist is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new businesses through sales efforts.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
1. Establishes and acquires new accounts through field sales work, online marketing, telesales, and/or maintains an existing account, if any.
2. Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, online, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Submits price quotations and follows through with accounts, including documentary requirements and such.
4. Maintains regular communications with customers to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
5. Collaborates regularly with the Management to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets and projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new services.
6. Weekly meeting with the management team. Achieves monthly sales quota as specified by the Management.
7. Prepares and submits:
- Weekly Sales Itinerary
- Daily Sales Report
- Sales Quotation to customers.
- Monthly Sales Report
8. Ensures all client requests are met in a timely manner & proper coordination.
9. Analyzes industry trends and proactively sourced prices from competitors, vendors, and agents to benchmark the Company's standard selling rates.
10. Recommends strategic action to correct customer complaints, acknowledge client commendation for any positive remarks, and promote company standards to minimize costs while conforming to customers requirements.
11. Other tasks that the supervisor will assign from time to time.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
2. Well-organized and keen on details.
3. Must have excellent communication skills in writing and speaking in English.
4. Must be able to build a good rapport with clients.
5. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
6. Honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
7. Must be goal-driven, proactive, must have initiative, and can work well with minimal supervision.
8. Must be knowledgeable in Office 365 applications, Hubspot, and video-conferencing software.
