As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and fueling revenue growth. Job Summary:
 
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing outbound prospecting activities, and ensuring the sales pipeline remains strong and healthy. This position demands strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and can convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and secure quality clients for the company.
Drive business development efforts and ensure continuous growth of client accounts.
Train and support the team in new campaign launches.
Act as the company's first point of contact, representing us as a client specialist and sales consultant.
Build, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Reach out to prospective customers, applicants, and candidates to verify information and establish rapport.
Provide accurate information about products, services, warranties, and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage account upgrades/cancellations, and assist with refunds or exchanges.
Suggest solutions when clients face issues or product concerns.
Support product recalls, renewals, and policy changes while maintaining client satisfaction.
Persuade customers to reconsider cancellations and reinforce long-term partnerships.
Promote and sell products or services to meet sales targets.
Inform clients of special promotions, deals, or new offerings.
Collaborate with managers and other internal teams (Call Center Manager, CFO, Director, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Compile reports on customer feedback, overall satisfaction, and pipeline activity for management review.
Ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and business processes.
Support proposal, quotation, and contract preparation when needed.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent and promote the company's brand.
Perform additional administrative tasks such as data entry, client research, and compiling relevant information from the internet as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or client acquisition BPO or outsourcing background is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision- makers.
Ability to perform market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Prior exposure to B2B sales, corporate sales, or international client engagement is a plus.
Familiarity with the BPO industry and outsourcing services is advantageous.
Adaptable with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom for client calls, virtual meetings, and online presentations).
Must be proficient in using Zoom and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and able to quickly adapt to the company's chosen platform
