Job Description
Be part of our client's team as aBusiness Development Representative.Your role involves prospecting and converting cold leads into prospects, understanding customer needs, generating meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining CRM standards. Meeting quota targets, building relationships, and adapting to a fast-paced environment are key. Your entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and ability to connect quickly with customers are essential. Understanding sales cycles and translating complex business scenarios into opportunities are also vital aspects of this role.
Heres an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full time
Shift: Night (Mon to Fri, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas/Makati
What do you need to succeed
At least 1+ years of sales experience (3+ years preferred).
Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills.
Previous sales experience in the office or retail industry preferred.
Mastery of the English language.
Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Experience in customer-facing CRM and outreach tools is a plus.
Tenacity, drive to learn, and self-motivated.
What will your day-to-day look like
Prospect, qualify, follow up, and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects.
Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how DANONI can solve them.
Proactively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by positioning the value of Verkada.
Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
Use DANONI's CRM and outreach systems and sales enablement tools according to DANONI standards; provide metrics on leads.
Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
Comfortably engage with prospects and internal/external customers, building and monetizing relationships.
Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while providing quality opportunities and driving revenue.
Possess a strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivation, and self-management skills.
Demonstrate the capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and technical audiences.
Foster a strong team orientation and build cross-functional relationships.
Understand sales cycles and required qualification criteria.
Translate complex business environments into opportunities.
