About the role:
At ZipHR you will be engaging with corporate decision-makers to digitally transform the way they manage their people through our HR products and services. You must be a deal strategist, continually refining your craft of how to most effectively source, engage and close contracts.
As a BDR, you will be the backbone of our sales process and responsible for establishing customer relationships and strategically developing and providing motivated leads to the pipeline. You'll be working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Earn over PHP 20,000- 50,000 monthly on top of your monthly salary by meeting your minimum target and much more beyond that.

About the day-to-day responsibilities:
Independently source for new customers and qualify opportunities to drive pipeline and grow ZipHR's user base
Grow your own leads through networking and partnerships and identify key players in various industries and verticals
Engage with qualified leads generated via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing campaigns and actively follow-up with them
Understand the client's key issues and provide strategic solutions through ZipHR by conducting discovery calls and product presentations
Work closely with the customer support team to brainstorm complex situations and best approach
Generate and issue proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet and exceed performance goals & quotas
Stay in sync with the sales & marketing team, understand the market response, and customer profiles, and incorporate relevant feedback in setting up creative campaigns
Build long-term relationships to retain clients and upsell them our broad suite of ZipHR features
Requirements
About what we're looking for:
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any major but diploma in Business, Marketing or related is preferred
Ability to be highly flexible and adapt to evolving organizational dynamics driven by the rapid growth of ZipHR.
Must be a quick-thinker and fast-learner, with strategic mindset to execute the optimal strategy to close deals
Ability to understand complex client issues, with a high command of our products to deliver the best solution
Focused on client speed and scale, strong sense of a high potential leads versus those just wasting your time
Hunger to quickly develop your skills and achieve financial success!
Proactive and goal oriented with the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to generate sales leads and meet and exceed monthly objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills and able to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
Team player with demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively.
Storyteller extraordinaire, you're comfortable presenting a company and a product to anyone, in any setting.
Prospecting and CRM experience, preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment is an asset (familiarity with Zendesk and Pipedrive is a bonus)
Previous experience in a role requiring quota attainment and a track record for meeting and exceeding objectives will put you ahead of the pack.
