We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Development Representative / Email Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of email marketing and a passion for sports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target audiences, creating email lists, and executing email marketing campaigns while also supporting business development efforts. This is a work from home position (Night Shift - US Account).
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various segments of the market, including PT clinics, Athletic Trainers, Travel sports organizations, booster clubs, sports training centers, instructors, and training groups for different sports.
Identify and curate target audience lists for email campaigns, ensuring the relevance of recipients to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Craft compelling email marketing content, utilizing exceptional written communication skills to convey marketing messaging effectively. Maintain a high level of proficiency in proofreading and editing.
Conduct in-depth research to understand the dynamics of throwing and swinging sports, staying updated with industry trends, and integrating this knowledge into marketing strategies.
Utilize data mining techniques, both independently and beyond available resources, to source essential contact information for teams, organizations, and influential individuals within the sports industry.
Reach out to identified points of contact and send personalized emails, fostering connections and promoting our product or solution.
Identify relevant online forums, such as Reddit and other platforms, focused on sports rehabilitation or related topics. Engage with these communities to introduce our product or
solution.
Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing abilities.
Excellent research and data mining skills to source and verify contact information.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain connections with potential clients.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and software for campaign management.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a focus on achieving business development goals.
