JOB DESCRIPTION
Develops and manages marketing campaigns from concept to completion through developing a project brief, working closely with internal partners to execute campaigns and analyse post campaign data
The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing campaigns
Pro-active leadership that encourages agency colleagues to perform to the best of their ability
Brand strategy including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
Generating accurate reports and status notifications
Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Can interpret research data, write reports and make actionable recommendations
Plans PR kits and communication with influencers
Increases the effectiveness of on-site search and navigation features Offline communications, marketing initiatives and collaborations.
Sales target and wholesale business and institutional sales
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 3-4 years account management or brand management experience
Preferably from an advertising agency or had relevant brand work from Client side
College degree holder preferably of marketing, business, or communication related course
Experience in professional-client relationship management is preferred
A solid background or knowledge in brand design and marketing
Great Account Management and Relationship Management Skills
Brand awareness and clear understanding of brands and marketing
The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills;
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective team management capabilities
Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
A self-starter, can work independently; entrepreneurial
