Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive - Sales at Search Party Recruiting, you will be a key player in driving our revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the competitive staffing industry. This role demands a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, particularly within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Expansion:
Leverage your existing network to identify and approach potential clients in the US.
Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitive advantages.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing US clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and aligning our services with their business objectives.
Target Achievement and Reporting:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and execution of client projects.
Cold Calling:
Conduct effective cold calls to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients. Utilize persuasive communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our services.
Closing new clients' accounts looking to hire remote employees through a combination of both cold and warm calling, lead generation and/or other sources of communication such as job boards and websites.
Requirements
3+ years Proven track record in sales, with a focus on the staffing industry and US clients.
Established network of US clients across various industries.
In-depth understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Must have an experience working in start-up environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Must be willing to work in US Hours at 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM (Central Time)
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Own PC/Laptop with Windows Operating System or MacOS
Headphones / Noise Cancellation Headphones (Preferred but not required)
Silent Environment
Excellent Internet Speed (75mbs or above)
Benefits
Permanent Work from Home
Initial Contract 3 months but if performance is good could be extended
