JOB DESCRIPTION
? Do all the RFQs of Business Development customers o Send out RFQs to respective Product Marketing (PMs) & Buyers o Provide quotes to customers
? Monitor the status of all the quoted items
? Follow up closely on those quoted items on which projects are currently running. Provide updates on a weekly basis
? Monitor those awarded parts if we are receiving orders or not based on the forecast given by customers. Provide update on a weekly basis
? Provide update on the status of the bidding projects every end of the month
? Engage in cold calling customers
? Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
? Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Engineer, for further development and closure
? Responsible to close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction
? Maintain/Update the database/master list of Quote Monitoring
? Keep track of the NBOs, and provide update every week
? Follow up orders
? Visit customers together with Sales In-charge at least once a month
? Handle some small customers
? Work to achieve set goals and targets in accordance with KPI
? Process New Item/Customer request (For new Part/Customer Creation in System)
? Create Email Blasting of Specific Products to promote (Dictated by PM's)
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
? 4 Year Course Graduate
? Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience as Inside Sales
? Attends to customer’s inquiries and concerns
? Must be computer literate and proficient in oral and written communication
? Good in personal relations
? Graduate of engineering course (Electrical or Electronics) is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
