Function
The Business Center Field Representative performs initiatives on revenue and customer relationship, focusing on increasing kilowatthour (kWh) sales and customer base, mitigating system loss, and bringing energy solutions. Specifically, the job entails the identification of customer needs, issues, and challenges related to power and energy in various customer touchpoints which includes the execution of field orders related to the feasibility and inspection of service applications such as, but not limited to new connection, separation of meter, reconnection, relocation/re-model, transfer of service, modification of contract data, change in load/service, and termination of contract and, offers value-adding products, customer solutions and cross-selling/up-selling of Meralco's and its subsidiaries services.
Business Center Field Representative are currently needed in the following Business Centers: Commonwealth, España, Malate, Angono, Alabang, Sta. Maria, Masinag, Kamuning, and Mandaluyong.
Qualifications
Graduate of any Engineering Course or 3-year Vocational Course (Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology or Electronics Technology)
Preferably a Registered Master Electrician
Preferably with a Non-Professional Drivers' License
Good communication skills
