Overview
This key position is responsible for sorting out the key points of business audits and conducting business compliance audits. Responsible for the secondary audit of business income and expenditure.
Functions
Coordinates with Sales Process and Automation Manager to determine audit scope and timelines
Plan and performs operational and compliance audits
Review Audit findings and develop action plans
Participate in audit meetings and coordinate with internal and external audit activities
Develop policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements
Develops process improvements to improve quality and effectiveness of processes
Interact with management to determine audit requirements
Develop audit presentation to management as needed
Develop risk models to access and mitigate potential risks.
Maintain audit documentations according to established standards
Organize audit trainings for team for skill development
Develop Standard tools and procedures to improve audit efficiency
Standardize relevant systems and procedures, and control and implement them.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Proven work experience as a Business Audit Specialist
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Excellent analytical skills. Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills. Detail orientated. Ability to deal with stressful situations.
Preferred:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years and to include 3+ years in telecommunications industry
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Tagalog
