Position: Business Application Specialist (Dynamics CRM)
Schedule: Day Shift (9 AM - 5 PM) and weekends off
Location: Work-from-home
Compensation: Will be discussed over the phone
Employment Type: Direct, Full-time, and Permanent
Job Summary:
Support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients.
Design & implement fixes to user issues by using various tools.
Consult with team members to determine the most appropriate solutions for clients.
Identify and recommend customization and enhancements to meet client requirements.
Assist during project implementations, which may include configuring the system, loading data, conducting training, and other related tasks.
Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines.
Assist clients on the use of Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Essential Skills/Experiences:
Relevant experience in high-end technical and functional support of Dynamics CRM 2016 (preferably the updated version) .
Has a stable and reliable internet connection at home (fiber preferably).
Has a strong and fast-working laptop or desktop at home.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
Understanding for accounting principles.
Ability to work well under pressure & in a close team environment.
Proven analytical & systematic problem-solving skills.
Preferably with:
ERP and/or CRM experience.
RBDMS/SQL understanding.
