Ensure brokers, borrowers, and loan officers are kept informed each day on the progress of each file. Communicate challenges as well as success.
Understand the loan programs to help the borrowers and brokers understand them.
Complete all data input for each file.
Ensure you comply with the established regulations and legal requirements.
Must have at least 2 years background in Australian mortgage with the same role or similar
Background and experience with SalesTrekker (SFG) and applyonline is a must
Lodgement to settlement activity customer and broker management
Familiarisation with VIC, Australia real estate, and compliance is an advantage
